Spencer is a 5 month old neutered male Border Collie mix. He was orphaned at birth and has been hand raised. He has a smooth coat mixed with classic markings.
Spencer is very athletic and has the potential for agility, flyball or just fun fetching. He is intelligent as well as loving. He knows basic commands and follows directions. He plays well with other dogs and gets along fine with cats. Spencer is both house trained and crate trained. He enjoys being outside, playing in the water and playing with toys and chewies.
Spencer travels well in the car and sleeps for most of the time. He has an outgoing personality and will do well with an active and energetic family.

Prior to or upon adoption, all dogs in our rescue program are spayed/neutered (there are NO exceptions), fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, started on heartworm prevention, treated with flea and tick preventive, microchipped, and temperament tested. We also strive to crate and house train each dog before placement.
